I was tempted to give this restaurant "average" vs "poor" just because of the incredible water view overlooking the mainland from Everett to Mukilteo & beyond. Clinton has so few restaurants that apparently they can get away with incredible slow and inattentive service. The other diners in the restaurant were all visitors passing through. Perhaps their very visible location on top of the hill is all they need to get diners to stop in, & unnecessary to get them to come back. The food was not bad - we enjoyed the sesame beef, at least & the spring roll was OK, (though it is not served with a sauce of any kind.) However, the egg flower soup was the worst either of us has ever eaten - just thin broth with a few tiny carrots in it - not the usual thicker consistency. Almond Chicken was forgettable. Service was soooo slow. We waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to give us a menu, then another 15 to get our drinks & there was only one other table occupied when we arrived, though that eventually grew to more. The lone waitress served diners in no particular order so our orders were taken long after 2 tables that arrived much later than we did. She also was not able to answer even basic questions intelligently. We were so disappointed as we drive through Clinton frequently on our way to the mainland and are always looking for restaurants along the way, but we won't need to return here. Too bad. This restaurant has such an awesome location, with no competition.

this has to be some of the worst Chinese Food I have ever eaten. First time I had it I thought I just got unlucky but the second time I took one bite and couldn't eat any more. The location is prime real estate but the restaurant is run down and barely looks clean. Very disappointing could be so much better

Very basic food options that could have come out of a freezer. Had the Egg Foo Young and Chicken & Vegetables. Service super slow with only a few tables seated. Waitress was busy talking to a regular most all the time we were there. Parking lot looks busy and full, which is why we stopped, but there are many other businesses in the same building. Can't say I'd ever be back.
