Coming through town at night and not much open. Ordered dim sims and asked for no soy sauce (raw throat). Get to motel, open food, dim sims smothered in soy sauce. Restaurant is closed now so I guess it's bottled water for dinner. Thanks for listening to your customer...not.

We were walking around Charters Towers and came across this Restaurant. We decided on the all you came eat buffet and ate in. There was large selection on offer approximately 14 dishes to choose from. The staff / owners were very friendly and helpful.We sampled several dishes which were tasty. The only down side was all th food was sitting under a Bay Marie and the question arose as to how long the food had been sitting there. Still many locals came in a and did take away from the meals. So that was a good sign.Eat here again - Yes why not

I really hate leaving bad reviews as I am fully aware of how much time and sacrifice it goes into running a small food business. So much goes on behind the scenes to make the cogs turn at front of house. However, having said that, I left not a great review last month but to give fairness I went back this month to give them another chance. I only requested two meals and when I had got them back to work I found they were both 'wrong'. I had asked for simple deviations from the standard eg. instead of egg noodles I asked for rice noodles. Simple. Also, for the second dish I had wanted Char Kwai Teow, but because they had no flat noodles that was off the menu so I went for the fried rice. I arrived at work and both meals were inedible by me as they were not what I ha ordered. I called them back and they were willing to exchange as the server had remembered and admitted he forgot to make the change. I explained that being at work I couldn't just pop back. I collected my meal yesterday. I also think you have to hunt around too much to look for ingredients that are not noodles. As much as I enjoy the noodles, i feel there are less than ever.Not happy, won't be returning.
