It is situated in the central part of the Rhodopes, on the banks of Chepelare River. Chepelare is a popular winter resort with one of the longest ski runs in Southeastern Europe. It is located near Pamporovo, one of the biggest Bulgarian ski resorts. As of December 2009, the town has a population of 5,412 inhabitants.

Opposite Laplandia hotel/apartments, few minutes walk from main chair lift. Had dinner here couple of times during a 5 night stay and thought this was the best restaurant in a Pamporovo for dinner. Huge menu selection of Bulgarian and international dishes. Liver starter was really good as were all the meat main courses. Even in a big group the service is excellent and super friendly. Great place, highly recommended.

The food in Rodopski specialities is amazing we destroyed a huge plate of spit roasted lamb, a Chicken Sach which is basically a sizzling chicken and fried peppers, onions etc. dish. Service great, wine is excellent and all for under Â£45.00. Well worth a visit
