This small cafe/restaurant is in an excellent location by the sea and very accessible from all the surrounding hotels and lodges. The food is very good and fresh with good value for money. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch if staying in Vilanculos.

We're vegetarian so finding good choice can be a challenge in Mozambique. Kilimanjaro Café is clean, comfortable, has a good selection of options and friendly staff. In addition, the owner saw us having car trouble and called his mate at Europacar straight away. They were with us in 10 mins which saved us from what could have been a nightmare as we were due to leave Villanculos that morning. This place serves great tasting grilled chicken. The kitchen seemed clean and the staff were very helpful when answering our questions. The price was also decent. We got the 1/4 chicken with chips.
