Stockton was founded by Captain Charles Maria Weber in 1849 after he acquired Rancho Campo de los Franceses. The city is named after Robert F. Stockton, and it was the first community in California to have a name not of Spanish or Native American origin. The city is located on the San Joaquin River in the northern San Joaquin Valley and had an estimated population of 320,554 by the California Department of Finance for 2017. Stockton is the 13th largest city in California and the 63rd largest city in the United States. It was named an All-America City in 1999, 2004, 2015 and again in 2017.

Soft, creamy, sweet, chocolatey. I opted not to have the whip cream on top because that would just be TOO much sugar. They made it just the way I wanted. It was so delicious I closed my eyes and thought my eyes lids would be stuck together forever. There was a selection on the type of crepe you want. Even gluten free!It was an interesting place with outdoor seating in the front and along the side of the building. Seating downstairs and some upstairs.

Huge fluffy pancakes! They also have the silver dollar pancakes for kids. Always a tasty fast breakfast. Super friendly servers! I've only been for breakfast so I can't tell you about lunch. I've had omelets, skillets, pancakes and it's all been delicious!

Nothing very fancy. Nice owners and staff. I usually have the chicken caesar which is darn good. Sandwiches are okay too. Fairly simple fair. Good place to read the paper and watch the ducks in the ponds across from the Hilton. Safe neighborhood and plenty of parking either in back or on the street. Coffee drinks are okay and prices are very reasonable.
