Restaurant with rustic style, with stone from 1750, in the old part of Mora d'Ebre, near the castle. It offers a fresh, actual, homemade cuisine with options for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free altogether with pizzas, fresh pasta and homemade desserts
We popped in after a few drinks in town. We had thought to eat in but the lights were off, and the proprietor didn't turn them on as we ordered our pizzas - point made! Nevertheless, as a take-away the wait was short, the dough was excellent, everything was made in front of us and the value was good. Recommended.

Lovely coffee bar and creperie. Good coffee, Iced drinks and snacks. Service is good and restaurant clean. Only downside, very poor WiFi connection, if any. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We take all guest feedback very seriously, and we're constantly improving all aspects of our service and facilities. Concerning the WIFI, we have installed fiber optic connection. See you soon!
Thought we'd give the newly reopened La Teca a try for lunch. The set menu del dia looked promising and was actually superb. Three courses, wine, bread etc cost a very low â¬10.90. Coffee is extra. There were a choice of three dishes for the first course and between us we tried them all. Each was deemed delicious; my baked aubergine with bolognese (actually a full-blown moussakka) was truly excellent. Again, three choices for the second course, and again all tried and highly rated. My albondigas with mushrooms were delightful, the sauce not too rich, with a few home made chips on the side. The grilled dorada came in parsley butter with a colourful ratatouille; the moist pork loin with a rich peppercorn sauce with mushrooms and fries. The wine was a local Terra Alta, decent and opened at the table (not a carafe). The desserts were unnecessary by this time but we all indulged - I thoroughly enjoyed my cheesecake but it was a little dry for my friend. The waitress was friendly, hid that she could speak some English until the desserts, and was attentive but not overly so. The pace of the meal was good, the ambience pleasant,, the room airy and light. You can probably guess that I will be going again!
