Great coffee and great service but limited on dietary requirements. Poor gf selection and only soy an option to milk Hi,Thank you very much for taking time to review us on Tripadvisor. We really appreciate your feedback. We are really sorry we could not meet your standards with our GF options. We have 22 items on our main menu and we do 14 items out of 22 with GF replacements and we have one savoury item and one sweet item in our cabinet all the time for our GF customers. We have even printed a special menu apart from our day to day regular menu and kept it ready at our counter for the convenience of our beloved customers who have specific dietary requirements. Having taken all these efforts and actions it is heartbreaking to see any of our customers leaving Arabica with doubts about our menu options. We are really sorry to hear that. Regarding milk options, we do not have a demand to provide our customers with another milk option. We have tried almond milk & coconut milk as dairy replacements but unfortunately due to the lack of the demand everything goes to waste after opening the containers. So we have decided to run with soy milk only, until the demand to any other product increases. Once again we are extremely sorry that you missed out on a good feed and a great coffee at our cafe.Thank you.

As we often do - we checked Trip Advisor and headed to the #1 cafe. We were surprised at the decor but thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. An interesting selection of âcabinetâ food (but not in a cabinet) as well as a menu. We opted for spinach and bacon grilled open sandwiches - they were delicious. Good coffee - I ordered a 2nd cup. Then we had to try the cakes a carrot cake and an apple and pear cake which were fresh and came with a large spoon of cream. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of locals eating there. We enjoyed our lunch which at $43 wasnât cheap - but was very good value. We would definitely go back.

A great little discovery in Methven. This cafe is a charming cafe / restaurant on a corner. Food is wonderful and the staff are really friendly. You'll love the fire box roaring in the corner.
