After walking around Foyers Falls, this is an idea place to stop off for lunch. We drove past it on the way to Foyers, and caught our attention. So on our return we visited and before entering the building we were greeted by some Highland Cows and local deer. The owners have put a lot of attention to detail with the interior work and at the table we sat, there was a framed newspaper cutting about an encounter with Radio DJ Chris Evans. A good venue for lunch.

Located midway between Inverness and Ft Augustus on the southern side of Loch Ness in made a perfect lunch stop with lots of tasty options and friendly staff. The hardest part was choosing from the homemade cakes and slices They even made a great flat white. A walk down to the waterfall across the road made the desert guilt free.

Such an unwelcoming and rude greeting from staff before entering the building we didnât even bother to order. A bit of general politeness goes a long way. Iâm sorry to hear you feel this way as we pride ourselves on making all our visitors feel welcome and enjoy their time at our cafe and have never received adverse feedback regarding such matters before. It would have been helpful to know specifically what made you feel this way to enable us to learn from your experience.
