These are the best scones I've ever had, hands down. Flaky, moist, and pillowy soft. And the coffee is very good. And the ladies who own the place are friendly and chatty. The muffins and other baked goods are all tasty. That being said, the cafe has gone way downhill in how it looks. It seems like the owners just don't take pride in how they are presenting the cafe. I understand that they've taken half the shop and turned it into a fitness studio. And they've scaled down the menu and trimmed the cafe hours. Fine-- I'm sure they are doing what they need to do in order to survive. The "cafe" is now little more than a counter and a display case to walk up and order scones and coffee. That's okay-- but it should at least be clean and clutter free. Maybe even cute. Right now it's not cute. It's like walking into your friend's house who's a stay-at-home mom and her place is messy and disheveled and she's giving you a really good homemade scone. It's a delicious scone and she's your best friend but you're kind of wondering how clean her kitchen really is while you're eating that scone...

There was cute bubble tea place we used to hang out in during my college years....when I found this place in Albany I was instantly transported back. There's nothing a good bubble tea can't cure. They also have a GRAND selection of loose tea for sale in various sizes. The smallest bags are about $3 and taste amazing. Interesting flavors include orange creamsicle, Chocolate Spicy Bourbon, Banana Smoothie and more including more "normal" sounding flavors. There's room to relax or you can order to go. There is food, but I only tried the liege waffle. It was ok. (but I'm probably spoiled because my husband makes them fresh). Next time I'll just stick with tea or try one of the other foods the reviewers on here raved about.

2.21.19They need to hire a real chef and pay attention to details as they should be great instead of average. Wish they had a location at Town Center where the Price Chopper is at next to Westmere School as lots of PTA member parents could eat breakfast there that wonât drive across the Northway Bridge after dropping the children off. This one is a coin toss as until they get a real chef the breakfast food presented will remain marginal.the Doctor Hit me with some BIG LOVE â¤ï¸ and a helpful VOTE!Written 2.21.19 the Doc!
