Travelling around Sicily we stumbled on this amazing place. It was full with locals and mouth watering delights. The Pistachio granita would have to be the best I have eaten anywhere in Italy. Topped with fresh cream and eaten with a brioche was a true Sicilian experience. All this for just 2.50 euros .... unbelievable!

Being in town for my easter holiday had a try at this bar for a granita, classic breakfast for the area. The selection was great and got a gelso nero and peach one with cream and 2 brioches. The granita was fantastic and the brioches hot and crispy as ever. A pity can't find one place like this in england or I would be there every day.Thanks

This cafe was just up the road from where we were staying, and came highly recommended.It is ideal if you just want a quick lunchtime snack - there is a good selection of sweet and savoury items that you can eat there - there are many tables to eat at - or take away. There is a good selection of ice creams and we also used it to get breakfast pastries.It was always well used by locals as well as tourists like us.
