The city is centrally located within the county and has been home of the University of Arkansas since the institution's founding in 1871. Fayetteville is on the outskirts of the Boston Mountains, deep within the Ozarks. Known as Washington until 1829, the city was named after Fayetteville, Tennessee, from which many of the settlers had come. It was incorporated on November 3, 1836 and was rechartered in 1867. Old house converted to a great place where home grown everything is promoted. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is like being at grandmas house. There is ALWAYS a wait but worth it. Call ahead seating is also available. Relax and enjoy.

When you have the name Arsaga you dont have to be great. Food was ok. The descriptions on the menu were better than the actual food. The waiting area is small & crowded & empty tables take a while to be cleared. Servers need to be more attentive.

We had fried chicken with mashed potatoes and two sides as well as rhubarb pie. This was a fantastic meal with actual pan friend chicken. We will be back. It was so good.
