I bring my students to the Cafe each year for an authentic French meal and crepe making. Gina and the staff are fantastic! Professional and friendly! We love it! We have had lots of different choices from the menu and the bakery... You will not be disappointed. We also pack a little pastry to go!!!! Great atmosphere and service.

We go here for great steak salads. We probably get take out more than eat in. Don't go here for atmosphere, and it's a toss of the dice if the service is friendly. Prices are pretty average for the area. If you call ahead, food will be ready, once again, staff is generally not too friendly, but...the food is good enough that we can ignore that!

As the sole prior review noted there is but one register, so it can take some time to order. Moreover, during busy periods, and there are several daily - but especially on weekends - one may wait 15 minutes to order. That said, the food is more than worth the wait: excellent sandwiches and salads. The place not only makes its own bread but the bread comes from the ownerâs (Nick) own flour from his own non-GMO grain. Not to put too fine a point on it, but the bread is beyond good. Want a turkey sandwich? Nick brines and roasts his own turkeys. Pastrami? He produces his own. While you wait look at all the food on the shelves, or grab a mini-baguette and munch on one the best baguettes on Planet Earth. Lots of homemade pastry items as well. Donât sweat the single cash register.
