We were very hppy with this restaurant, particularly as they squeezed us in without a booking on a Saturday night.You simply don't need a starter as they bring you one for free and the main courses were well cooked and huge - we had to take some home for lunch the next day. Thankfully we got an outside seat on a busy and extremely hot bank holiday weekend.When inside ordering food and drink, I was unsure as to which white wine my wife may prefer (her usual tiple of Chardonnay not being available), the lovely server gave me a dash of 2 available in glasses to go and ask my wife to try. Little things like this go a long way when dining, this was first class.The burger was sublime, top marks, the pulled pork equally as good. Proper fries with skins on as well, really tasty. We ate, talked, watched the world go by and found this restaurant to be excellent in all respects.

Popped in here for a quick bite to eat with some colleagues from work on a Wednesday night. Had the bacon and Brie burger, and my colleagues had the ribs. Good and prompt service and the food was very tasty. Good food and service at a good price. Would certainly recommend.
