Nicolas serves steak, full stop. There are no first courses and no side dishes besides salad and pimiento al piquillo. The steak, however, is simply delicious. One of those meals that you will talk about for ever. Everything we ordered was fantastic and there were 6 of us! What an incredible meal. We were actually going to Casa Julian but it was closed. Asking for another place we ran into the lady that delivers the fish to Burruntzi and gave us directions. We could not find it and asked at the bakery. The bakery lady walked us to the restaurant. Nice people in Tolosa!

Nice place to eat local food at very reasonable price. Well prepared fish and meat on the 24 euro menue, bread and drinks included. Friendly staff, good service. Located in the basement of Hotel Oria; basic, but nicely decorated and well maintained
