We have sampled what some try to pass off as barbecue, but in our opinion none we have tasted in FL, GA, the Carolinas nor Texas beats the flavor of this little gem just outside Ogden, UT.The outside seating is spacious with unparalleled scenic mtn views. Beth and Rich serve a variety of outstanding moist and flavorful barbecue. Further, they don't slather on go s of sauce. They allow the unadulterated true flavor of their bbq meats speak for itself,Service is welcoming & friendly. Spacious outdoor seating & dog friendly.Don't miss this place.

The ambience is... well, brick and concrete; but that won't matter once the food arrives. The meats are smoky, spicy, flavorful, and tender. The ribs are meaty and fall off the bone. But the cajun sausage was my favorite! Oh, and the mac and cheese - our waiter (also one of the cooks) told us that the mac and cheese is his great grandma's recipe; and let me tell you, Great Grandma was a genius! The prices are reasonable too. But here's a tip: the burnt ends, which are Ogden's favorite, require good timing if you want to try 'em. Friday lunch is your best bet, according to our waiter. Saturday lunch is a definite maybe. Any other time, and... well, I missed out there, but I'm planning to come back and try again for those highly praised burnt ends.
