This is a really fun place for lunch because it is located off the main road and like a quiet oasis with outdoor seating. We were politely welcomed and promptly seated. The very friendly waiter explained the buffet to us as well as the significance of the colored wooden pegs at each table. Green up signals the server to come by with grilled beef, sausage or chicken, red up means to hold off. It is a fun concept. The all you can eat buffet offered a great variety of very fresh salads as well as various types of bread and hot dishes. The Chicken Stroganoff and Brazilian rice were especially delicious. Once we returned to our table, the grilled meat started to arrive. Steak tips, sirloin, spicy or mild chicken and sausage were brought by in regular intervals and carved off a spit at the table. It was really cool. The dessert, a whole pineapple grilled with cinnamon was the grand finale. I really liked it!

Hole in the wall---literally! 4 tables out front with some shade. Different style bbq---It's oklahoma style. Limited menu-limited menu--limited menu and they do it right.Sandwiches and beans every day till they sell out. Ribs only on Sat and Sun. (till they sell out)Get lots and lots of napkins. This is how a bbq sandwich should taste. This is how a bbq stand should look. Have extra hot sauce on your pork sandwich ( wonder bread/burger bun)Not the best bbq but the whole atmosphere makes it worth a trip!(Next visit, I'm gonna add the nearby Autry museum.)

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent dining experience. We've just returned from mainland China, and the experience there was enlightening. The same can be said at this restaurant. What impressed us was how well behaved the patrons' children were: quiet, disciplined, and courteous. We found the same in China. But we must say that most of the restaurants we've visited here in the USA have patrons with rowdy kids, no discipline, screaming little terrors. Dining there is always a challenge to "eat and get out ASAP". At the Thai Original BBQ, the food was excellent, the service passable, but the overall experience was very enjoyable.
