Just FYI that the BBQ part of his business is no longer there. It appearsTo be more of a sports bar, which was very Red Sox orientated.

Riverfront Barbeque

Reviewed By LopingianTravels

Having reached Augusta around lunchtime and not having been to Riverfront BBQ in a while, we opted for some of summer on a cold wintry day. Riverside BBQ certainly filled the bill this afternoon. Knowing their generous servings and our appetite this day, we opted to share a half-slab of ribs and a quarter chicken, requesting the chicken's portion to be white meat. The entree arrived in short shrift and certainly was sufficient for both of us. Today's sweet potato fries were very crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside; the pork ribs were succulent, but, there was one curious thing about the chicken wing-and-breast. Normally, a quarter of a chicken is served as a leg-and-thigh or wing-and-breast. Today, what constituted a quarter of a bird was missing the distal (back) third of the breast!. Nevertheless, the rib-and-chicken combo at Riverfront was enjoyable.
