Why I haven't stopped in here before...I don't know....but I will be back. Excellent food choices....like smoked brisket to die for or pulled pork. Large salads, great daily soups, local craft beers and a good wine list. Menu for the kiddos also....and their chicken nuggets are real chicken breast meat! Indoor and outdoor patio seating available! They have a Happy hour on Tuesdays through Thursday.

Service with a smile? Forget it. Large portions? NOPE! Wait for your check? Yes, we're going to be here awhile. The place was pretty busy for a Wednesday night. Our server seemed like he did not want to be there. No personality. No smile. Poker faced with monotone speech. Ordered the grilled asparagus for $7.50. He brought back a basket of 5 stalks!!! Yes, FIVE. (See photo below) When I asked him if it was the correct amount he replied: " It's more quality over quantity." Ridiculous. I can go to Sammy's and get a basket full. I tried to contact them via email. No response. I don't see any responses on here either. Strong indicator that the owner simply doesn't care.

This small family owned restaurant is a hidden gem. Perfect for a family meal or a quick in and out bite on your lunch time. The food is great and the prices are extremely reasonable. I had a lunch special of a pulled pork sandwich, a side of coleslaw and a drink for $6.59. The barbecue sauce comes on the side so you can add it to your preference. The coleslaw and onion rings were outstanding. We definitely plan on returning.
