The food here is delicious, I have been a customer for over a year and I love it! They have really great chicken, ribs and steak. They have a larger menu and a nice variety of dessert options. I normally take out but staying in is also nice. The food is delicious :)

We have ordered from here many times - the food is always good, exactly what is expected. The delivery system is terrible - it was 2 hours one time! When you go in to order, the place is dirty and the owner is rude. BUT, it's local, tastes good, and is affordable.

This place is just as I remember it growing up -- on a side street off Elmora Ave and could be easily missed if you're unfamiliar with it. However, the smell will lure you in. Small location, not ideal for dine-in location unless you prefer the charcoal smell through your hair and clothing. However, the Portuguese style BBQ chicken is worth the sacrifice in smell on your clothing. Charred just right, accompanied with fries and white rice -- you can easily feed two people with one serving (1/2 chicken) and a minimum cost of under $8. There are several of these locations -- what is referred to churrasqueira in Portuguese -- however don't be fooled not all produce the succulent juicy interior and charred flavorful exterior. Service lacks a bit, I think the employees are so focused in getting the mass out with their orders that at times they forget to make eye contact and crack a smile. Very fast paced and if you don't make yourself known, others may just cut in front of you. But accept that with a grain of salt, order to go and you will not be disappointed in your 'fast food' meal which is not fast food by any means. Was in town, and made this one of my first stops considering where I live now churrasqueiras are non-existent.
