We started to visit the restaurant in June 2015 and thought it good value and decent food. We took my father last night to discover that the price for the set meal had increased from 14 euros to 22 euros... Admittedly, the choice was slightly better but not worth nearly 40% increase. I think word had spread, as the restaurant was half empty and soul-less compared to last week. Shame, but we won't be going back...I should mention thought, the waiting staff are always, patient, kind and helpful.

Le Mas d'Agenais - Dept. 47 - is a small, typically french village. Le Bistro de la Halle is in the centre of the village near to the Church. They serve fresh food daily and the menu is constantly changing, but constantly excellent. We normally eat at lunchtime and have never had a bad meal. Highly recommended.
