Let's start with, there aren't too many choices of good places to eat in Kingston. So, being #1 there isn't the same as across the water in Edmonds. Having said that, my breakfast was quite satisfying but could have been better. The place is clean. I ate in the bar choosing a table because the bar seats look flimsy and uncomfortable. They have 20 beers on tap, and I enjoyed a glass of Cutt's Amber Ale. Visiting the Northwest for the summer, I tend to order salmon or other regional fish whenever possible. So I mostly enjoyed the Eggs Benedict Northwest with smoked salmon. I only wished the eggs were cooked more over easy, instead of medium. The Hollandaise sauce was good but not top shelf.Value is pretty good and service is attentive. I love the multiple HDTV's in the bar. Next time I'll come back for lunch. I think those choices represent the stronger items on the menu.

The place is small but extremely friendly and they do know their wines. They have tried hard to make the outdoor patio welcoming and have succeeded really well. Service is prompt and friendly and there is a small interior bar which looks as though it could get pretty crowded. Warm and friendly though. Small appetizer plates can also be ordered. Owner works really hard to make this a successThank you for your excellent review! We hope to see you again some time!

This is your typical, local bar with an extensive beer menu, friendly people, pool, upbeat atmosphere and some of the food is also pretty good ... clams, hamburgers, soup, pizza (it's really not a salad place). If you're in the area, it's a sure thing!
