If you go. Prepare yourself. This place is a hot mess. Waiting ridiculously long for three drinks and when we got up to leave after every table around us being served they chased us down saying they had to restock the bar. It was 11 am. So. We tried again later in the day and ordered food. Food arrived in to go containers because they ran out of dishes.Good Afternoon, Please accept my sincerest apology on behalf of Margaritaville Caribbean group for the poor experience you had on your last visit. Are you able to tell me the name of your Server and Bartender? We do try our very best to ensure that our guests experience their "best day ever" but we obviously dropped the ball on this occasion. I will follow up with my team here to get a better understanding as what happened and implement a procedure to minimize the chances of this happening to any of our guests in the future.Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.

We docked at Falmouth Cruise Ship Port as part of our Carribean Cruise. We done the touristy spots yrs back so we concentrated on the town and this 32 acre gated custom built cruise port . with its boutiques, jewellery shops , craft and souvenir places and ended up at this res and bar (not to be confused with the Margureta) and glad we did. Its a open fronted place with a large oval bar managed by a likable barman..Behind that is the "restaurant"..Very plain looking but with a little imagination can be made to feel more inviting.Jamaica is the home of jerk chicken and thats what we had with plantain and beans..and a Red stripe The meal was worth the wait...because it was real tasty with competitive pricing .Theres also free wi fi, .On the ship its something like 9 dollars a day.The waitressess were welcoming ,friendly and showed awareness to customer needs so its a big thank you to Latricia and her collegue... Its a place where you can relax and enjoy the ambience..Public toilets are just across the walkway and they are in pristine condition.Overall it was a good place to be...whether it be for a drink or sampling there local dishes. By serving quality food along with staff awareness to customer needs the punters will return and the punters are those that come from over seas...Will call again Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, we're very please to hear that you enjoyed the ambiance and the food. I'll pass along your kind words to Latricia and team.Sincerely Andy Scott

What an awesome little place this was to eat or just to have a nice cold drink. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, Delroy was soo welcoming and even served us when the bar wasn't officially open yet.We had awesome jerk chicken and pulled pork dishes with the coldest red stripe beer ever. One area you can sit has sand under feet making you feel you are right on the beach. You are literally a few meters from the water and has great views. There are also little shaded seating areas outside that once seated you can just about touch the water. Very reasonable prices we paid $55 us for 5 people meals and two alcoholic drinks each. Great place full of both locals and tourists. Do yourself a favor find this place a sit and enjoy your surroundings.
