Where to eat Italian food in Hakuba-mura: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Introducing Cafe Base Hakuba and Base Hakuba Burger and Brews an exciting new experience in Hakuba opposite the lifts in Hakuba Goryu.
This cafe (actually two cafes) run by a lovely Australian/Japanese couple, does everything! The best coffee - Single O from Sumida in Tokyo - Iâve had in Japan (honestly) for your morning fix. Fantastic burgers and fries in the day or evening at their burger bar just over the road. Very accommodating for gluten-free - naked burger or grilled chicken as options. Family-friendly, or also great for groups out for a few fresh, local craft beers. Open early until late across the two venues. You wonât be disappointed :)
