We have went to this small restaurant on the bank of the Neisse river more as curiosity than a need to go out. Having tried sushi around the world, and eating in such great establishments as Uni in Boston or Takashi in SLC, I couldn't resist to see how sushi looks like in my home town. I have to note that my review is based on comparisons to worldwide sushi and not local experience. It's a small restaurant, nicely appointed with pleasant staff who constantly ensures everything is in order. The selection is small, but I wouldn't expect wide variety for the Polish market which generally is still 'learning' to eat sushi. In my discussion with the owner, they explained expansion plans and widening fish selection. Fish that have been used for Nigiri and Maki was fresh and tasteful. Portions are larger than in some other European sushi bars I visited. Overall, good entry for anyone trying and getting to know sushi. The rice used was a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall on the global market I would rate this 3/5 but for the effort, atmosphere and comparison to some European outfits in larger cities it deserves more (it's simply good above average). Well done and keep expanding the selection.

Was will man mehr.
