Fusion has an array of menu items food niches. On a recent visit with the family, the girls were craving sushi. Me, not so much (however I do enjoy it). Their rolls were fresh and unique, and the plating was exceptional. They have a "Hibachi" array of choices on the menu While they do not do the traditional hibachi/tepanaki table front prep, the menu offerings are similar fare. I ordered the steak and shrimp and will say it was exceptional. Served in a delightful sauce, white rice and noodles, and vegetables.Fusion did something so uncommon these days. They delivered my dinner to the wrong table and I had to ask where my food was after the girls were half done with their sushi. Mistakes are not whats uncommon, but recovering in a way that the customer is pleased and wants to return. Mistakes happen, but it seems this day and age restaurateurs make excuses and leave the customer hosed. Not in this case. I will be back.

Small dining room, so if you can get there before the lunch or dinner rush you won't be disappointed. Great food and exceptional service are hard to find - but Fusion Japan gets it done!

Really good Chinese food! Service is very good and the lunch specials are a bargain! Dinner prices are good, as well. Looks like they have a full bar. Didn't; look at the wine list or bar menu but from observation looks like you could get just about anything you want.
