Sala Thai is a popular local eatery situated in a busy newer strip mall in Windsor, CO. Ample parking was available when we decided to try this restaurant for lunch one week day recently.We were greeted and seated promptly upon entry, and the lunch menu featured numerous entrees which included a choice of rice, soup and one egg roll. Lunch portions were just the right size, and the food was made fresh and tasted good. Bottom line: We would probably dine at Sala Thai again if we are in the Windsor area.

I stayed across the street from this restaurant, and it was highly recommended by the staff. I ordered the Thai pineapple curry and it was wonderful. The combination has quality shrimp, beef, chicken and vegetables, all as fresh as you can get. Service is very quick and friendly. Portions were gigantic. I was full and took 2/3 of my order with me, as a ten dollar dinner is enough to feed 3-4 people. My only regret is that the restaurant is hundreds of miles from my home, as I would be a regular!

I end up staying in Windsor Colorado for business at least twice a month I had ordered from here for room service twice and headed average food but was happy with the delivery. We stopped there last weekend at about 1 o'clock on a Saturday when I was in Windsor for a lacrosse tournament. I had told my family that this was a good place but frankly the food was as bad Chinese food as I've ever had. It must have been an off day but at least the tsing tao was cold.
