We decided to try this restaurant because of the good reviews. When we arrived at the restaurant we were very excited to try the food - since it's the best rated chinese restaurant around here. The waitress arrived at our table very quickly, and we waited a little while for the food. When that's Said the waitress was not friendly at all! We tried asking some questions about the different dishes which seemed like a problem for her. We got the impression she was annoyed when we asked questions and we Just ended up ordering something that looked ok.It's Sad to say but I have never experienced worse customer service ever, we did not feel welcomed at all. This was the first and last time at this restaurant. The food was also very tasteless, and the Meat didn't look like it was properly cooked. So far the worst meal we have had in SB. At the end of our visit another waiter came to our table. This one was very Nice, friendly and polite. He got us the check right away and also a discount for the wait. Because of this friendly person our visit to this restaurant was not all bad. Also the restaurant itself looked really nice and clean. Thanks for letting us know what you think is important to us! I am very sorry for our staff's attitude towards you.We guarantee that this will never happen again!I hope you will visit as again!

Summer, sun and alcohol at low prices, that is Sunny Beach. In this restaurant we found 2 waiters working, they do not know English and this was obvious and they have no experience in customer service or restaurants. This is a place with pretensions for quality and the characteristic non-loving service.

I've decide to go and check it out, no matter the bad reviews. Was Just curious how worst it could be. Waited a lot, but guess what food was totally worth it. Fresh and yummy.Ispoke with the water(a blond girl speaking very well english) and asked her why is so slow everything. I found that the owner actually is cooking the meals him self, making sure ev is all nice. There only 2 young Boys for waiters, cleaners and barmans. Actually this girl was helping them trying to get the things out faster. Anyway! Had to go and take my drinks from the bar, but.. so what!? Im on holiday, in a small restaurant near the main Road-not in no in Sheraton Hotel. It looks like they have lots of issues, but if You have time to wait, you Will really enjoy your food as I did. Hope u gonna resolve the shor-staff problem soon people. Lovely place. Hope see u again.
