The Dutch have a high interest in Indonesian food based on the high number of these kind of restaurants. If you have been in Indonesia the food is different and adapted to the Dutch flavor preferences. We really enjoyed our dinner at a round table and we were wowed by the excellent service. We ordered an "Indonesian Rijsttafel" and we were impressed by the broad variety of flavors. This restaurant is definitely worth a slightly further ride.

This restaurant is locatedin the main shopping street of Roden. We arrived at about 18 o'clock, there were a number of take away custommers and we were the only guests in the restaurant area. We choose to sit near the window. The friendly waitress showed us the menu and served a good strong green tea and a flavourful jasmin tea. We ordered Prawn crackrs, Fu Yong Hay with large Prawns and Mi Fan with Siu Yok (roasted Pork) and Cha Siew (sweet roasted pork) . The dishes were prepared in the Chinese way and tasty, as per my Chinese wife. We recommend this restaurant.

Had a family dinner with all ages involved. Then this is really a nice place as everbody can find something to eat - drink. Also jointly exploring and sharing is fun. Food is good and service correct. Perhaps the set up with tables an chairs is a bit basic, missing some warm ambient.
