We went here last night as a family of four. They sat us at the counter which was fine. You select your broth, your noodles, and your protein and they bring you garnishes and vegetables. The soup making experience is fun. The only drawback for me was the lack of space. Everything is on platters and there is not a lot of room with the cooking station and people on either side of you.

I cant ever recall them getting an order 100% correct! The food is slightly better than most other takeout places. Prices are slightly higher, but overall its not a bad place when you are in the mood for this type of food

I'm not much of a sushi person but my daughter swears by the eel maki. I almost always get the tonkatsu (pork cutlets) and my husband usually gets the salmon teriyaki. Everything is always fresh and nicely prepared, the tonkatsu is never greasy, and each meal comes with rice, miso soup, and salad. The staff remember us and greet us warmly each time we go, whether we eat in or call ahead for take out.
