I am very familiar with the Pho phenomena and have visited almost every Pho venue in Liberec and in cities where it reigns supreme. When I first heard of this new shop, I was anxious to visit. Admittedly, their offerings are well done albeit lacking in a depth of flavor that I have come to appreciate.The ambiance is unlike the typical Pho shop. Not that it is a prerequisite but I did't see one Vietnamese in or near the kitchen or service area. The dining area is modern/upscale unlike other Pho shops that lean toward an Asian feel. It felt more like a modern fast-food establishment.I could have overlooked many of what I would consider drawbacks but above all else, their prices were considerably higher than other Pho shops in the area. Good enough, but I doubt that I will go back; it just didn't feel like the right place to be eating Pho.Thank you for your feedback :-)

Liberec does not seem to have very good Asian restaurants. What you get here is takeaway food at takeaway prices. Can't complain with that. Opted for menu dishes instead of the sushi train, as these tend to be supermarket quality products at restaurant prices and pretty gimmicky.

Restaurace nabÃzà pÅedevÅ¡Ãm známé letnà závitky a polévky Pho. VÅ¡e bylo velmi dobré, už jsme u nich jedli opakovanÄ! Oproti prvnà návÅ¡tÄvÄ se zlepÅ¡il i interiér, nepůsobà již tak "studenÄ".ChválÃm.
