They call Panko coating "tempura", so be aware. Missing items and in-frequent visits by server make this a place to avoid.

There are only 2 Chinese food restaurants in town. I choose this one over the other. This place is cleaner and the food tastes much fresher. The restaurant is busy at lunch time. The buffet is a very good price for the variety of food that you get. Dinner time is less busy. Good variety of items on the menu. I always choose Schezuan Beef it's spicy and stove hot everytime. Also, can't go wrong with Moo Shoo Chicken. Give it a try when you are in Espanola and craving something other than New Mexican Food.

China Kitchen Buffet

I enjoy the Chinese Buffets, and found it offered a decent meal, but have been to a lot of better buffets. As a new customer, I did not feel the hostess made people feel welcome. The selection was more limited, and some items did not look overly fresh. I hope the kitchen is better maintained than the men's restroom. You may want to avoid it if possible. Espanola does not have a lot of great restaurants so would eat here again, but not somewhere I would take others to.
