Since there are no "real restaurants" here or the other casinos, just the buffet, snack bar and pricey steak place we ate at the buffet.Breakfast at least had the fresh omelet station -although one burner wasn't working out of three and it took a while to get. The only comment here is that the same dishrag was used for cleaning the cooktop and the omelet pans -ugh!Also available was fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, cinnamon buns,donuts

Idaho Springs is undergoing a major highway renovation. The front of this restaurant is nearly obscured by the construction activity but there is plenty of parking in the rear and you won't regret stopping. We have eaten there a couple of times and the service and food are quite good.
