I have been wanting to give Ziryab a try for a while, but when we finally had a chance to visit our meal was mostly disappointing. The food is overpriced for Ramallah, even for touristy/western catering places. You can get a much better meal for much less elsewhere. Also, the service was very lacking. It took ages just to get a menu and our drinks... and one of the dishes we ordered never arrived at all!The dishes we tried were good, but nothing exceptional. The fukhara was very bland and lacked some seasoning. Out of the dishes we tried, the Fattoush Salad, was very good and was a generous portion. Other dishes left us unimpressed.I would probably not visit again, just over food at over priced prices and there are some better places to eat in Ramallah.Hello Mr Filoulou, We are sorry about the the bad experience you had in ziryab And about the dish that did not arrive to the table thank you for reviewing . We always make sure to give a high quality of food , drinks and service as mentioned in TripAdvisor as a high rated place in ramallah. I would like to know what time did u come. and we as ziryab management we would like to invite you to ziryab to try our dishes again. Thank you for telling your true experience and review us in tripadvisor your review will be taken under consideration accept our apologize.

We booked a table for lunch at Sukkot. This was the result of favorable Trip Advisor evaluations. Two of us had, what the waitress called Stroganoff, although on the menu it said beef head. It had nothing to do with the well-known Stroganoff. Four very little pieces of meat floated in a red spicy sauce and some chickpeas. The taste wasn't bad but it played the role of a main course and it just didn't fulfill its role. We left hungry. The burger, both the regular and children's portions were fair in size. The Malabi was tasty on a coconut sauce basis but again a very modest dish. We paid 64 shekels for each of the so-called Stroganoffs. The cheque for four: 2 burgers and 2 Stroganoffs plus the sweets and drinks came up to exorbitant 365 shekel. For example, the kid's burger was charged 42 shekels. One Malabi: 24 shekel. 300 ml of Weihenstephan beer: 32 shekels.Hi, I'm very sorry to hear that you had bad experience at our restaurant,The hed beef dish is a special so it it's not on the menu however I understand that one of our staff told you it is strogonoff meat and I think it was a language barrier that miss lead you again I'm sorry and I really hope to have you hear again for a better experience, like you can see most of our costumers leave hear very happy and return. One more thing the weihenstephan 330ml is 28 and the 500 ml it cost 32.Thank you for the feedback I can assure you that we will learn from it and do everything we can to satisfy all of our future costumers.

I visited Hummus Haviv when I was in Israel for a month. It was my fourth time in Israel, so I’ve had my fair share of great Israeli food. But Hummus Haviv blew me away. I got the hummus with shakshuka in it, and my friend got the hummus with falafel in it. First, it is so rare to find gluten free falafel, especially not one that is so delicious! That was really great being someone who eats a gluten-free diet. My dish was my favorite. It was the best hummus that I have ever eaten in my life hands down, without a doubt. I would do anything to have it again! I’ve never seen another place that has hummus and shakshuka in the same dish, which was not surprisingly delicious together. My friend and I still rave about this hummus and crave it all the time. I will definitely be stopping by with my family the next time I return to Israel!Hi, I was so excited to read what you wrote. We really want and do everything with complete love for our guests. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. We'd love to host you next time, too. Too bad the writer is unidentified so I can name him. Thank you . We would love to share this with your friends who will also enjoy visiting Israel and the Old City of Jerusalem.
