This is a Hard Rock Cafe style bar/restaurant outside the city centre with a wide-ranging menu of mainly North American style food. We went for lunch, but the whole experience was ruined by the poor service. We waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks which only came after complaining first to the server then to the supervisor. The food took about 35 minutes to get our starter which came tepid and the mains a further 45 minutes. The food itself was mainly ok but a lot of it was tepid. A stuffed potato side was cold and really unpleasant. The server was very defensive when we complained and tried to make excuses rather than apologising and sorting it out. The people on the next table stood up and left after waiting for about an hour and a half without getting any food at all. The table behind us also waited ages and complained to the supervisor. Clearly they are understaffed and the staff lack basic training. I would not return or recommend it. Thank you for the comment.We are working on our care system.We would appreciate an email from you.
