We visited the new Buffalo grill in Marmande for the third time last night and true to form it was lousy ! We had forgiven the first two visits as it was a new establishment and staff were finding their feet. However there have been the same problems every time. We arrived early at 7.05 pm and had not even been offered an aperitif until 8.05pm! The drinks were left on the bar for about 20 mins and not collected by the waitresses. We had to go and get them ourselves which was not popular with the bar staff. My so called vodka cocktail had no vodka By this time we are getting very agitated. Our order was taken about 8.10 - one hour wait. When the entree arrived it was wrong and had to be sent back . The correct entree was overcooked and cold. The wine was forgotten and we had to re order. There were several tables around us that had no food. One table waited 1hr 30 mins before they had even a drink, or their order taken. Our main course was cold again and they forgot the fries ! Many folks were muttering that the wished they had gone to the Chinese. They need to buck their ideas up or they will not last. Needless to say we will not be going there again.

The big mac was minuscule, overcooked meat, limp onions. Although almost empty, it took ages to get the food. I am glad we went, it reminded me for the next 10 years why we do not go there.
