We just had one of THE BEST dinners at this gem of a restaurant in Lawrenceburg. The waitstaff and chef are top notch. Nichol was our wait person and she was outstanding! Her recommendations were spot on. There were four of us and 2 had the fried catfish - moist & done perfectly; 1 had blackened catfish and it too was done perfectly with great taste; 1 had the pecan chicken which also was moist and flavorful. Nichol gave us excellent service and was a joy...she added to the enjoyment of the meal & the evening. We tried a taste of the pumpkin soup. It was delicious and creamy. Also, recommend the fried green tomatoes, salad w homemade salad dressings, and lastly, the bread pudding. I don't want to forget the drinks from the bar were very good...Kentucky Mule and Margarita.The chef came out to talk with us and was very pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was clean and had tablecloths on the tables, but casual dress was fine. Don't miss this GEM!

The food was good. Service good only very small for amount of business they get. I enjoy everything on the menu. Chef is good at getting an egg white done and yellows runnie lol.

The bar side if the building struck me as a cross between cheers and your favorite dive bar. There is a restruant side to the building but we did not go there.Bar burger was very good. Folks were friendly. Did not like the dog in the bar or it being passed over the bar to bar keep...who failed to wash her hands after handling the pooch but went back to work.
