Base Camp Istebna is an outdoor recreation centre in Polish mountains. We provide accommodation, food and lots of attractions that can be tailored to your needs. We'll encourage you to get active. We offer Paintball, High Ropes Park, Mountain Bikes, Orienteering, Skiing, Team Building activities and anything else you would like to do in a beautiful region of Beskidy in all seasons. Perfect place for both adults and children due to various activities. Beautiful location in the middle of forest makes this a place to remember. There are 5 different courses in the High Ropes Park, including exciting zip lines and a separate track for kids from the age of 2. You'll also find here a climbing tree and shooting range where you can try archery, airguns, blowguns and paintball guns. There is also loads of space for relaxing in a lounger and listen to the forest sounds.

ADVENTURE – Gubalowka Adventure Park is a fun place for recreation and entertainment in the open air. Park is located at the top Gubalowka near to the top station of the chairlift – Szymaszkowa. Both adults and children can have a good time there. We ensure the participants’ safety with experienced and trained instructors. The whole team wich supports Adventure Park speaks English.

Park Linowy "Linaadrena" jest wyjątkowym miejscem czynnego wypoczynku w Gliwicach. Obiekt powstał w pięknym miejscu tuż nad brzegiem jeziorka Czechowickiego. Park o długości 552 metrów zbudowany na pięknych, starych drzewach składa się z 3 tras o różnym stopniu trudności, by każdy z naszych klientów znalazł coś dla siebie. Trasa "Szeregowy" przeznaczona jest dla dzieci i młodzieży. Przeszkody zostały tak dobrane, by „zaszczepiać bakcyla” aktywności na wysokości. Obniżona lina asekuracyjna ułatwia wspinaczkę najmłodszym. Trasa „Oficer” licząca przygotowana została dla średniozaawansowanych wspinaczy, którzy powinni docenić takie przeszkody takie jak, m.in. linoskoczek, skok indiański, most birmański, wiszące drabinki oraz zjazdy tyrolskie. Największym wyzwaniem będzie pokonanie powstałej w 2017 roku trasy „Generał” o długości 261 metrów, z 68 metrową tyrolką. Z tras rozciąga się piękny widok na jezioro, a przeszkody umieszczone wśród bujnej zieleni. Park liczy 49 przeszkód.

We have a many attractions for children in the park. These include: climbing wall, eurobugee, quads, trampolines, rope park without belaying and much more. We do everything to make children happy leaving our park.

It is a place for family walks, recreation, and history lessons covering an area of ​​over 27 hectares. Since 2018, the Leśny Park has been managed by the Historical Museum in Lubin, which has adapted the historic buildings of the artillery shooting complex to the museum space. On its grounds, there is also an educational trail called "The Great War", which consists of trenches, exhibition containers, and historic wagons. Exhibitions can also be found in four post-Soviet bunkers, which after renovation have become a space in which temporary exhibitions are presented as part of the permanent exhibition entitled "Soviet occupation in Poland 1939–1993". In 2019, a family rope park and a wooden crocodile structure for younger children were opened in the Leśny Park. Since then, a smaller version of the rope park, i.e. the balance park, has also appeared on the playground, as well as an interactive sandbox that makes small children very happy.
