Karma Shala is the premiere yoga studio in the world renowned Mont-Tremblant ski resort. This beautiful studio offers a variety of yoga classes taught by specialized instructors, each coming from a unique and diverse background. Class styles include: aerial yoga, hot yoga and other styles of traditional yoga. We also specialize in private yoga parties for bachelorettes and small groups.
What a great experience! Took a hot yoga class and found the instructor to be very knowledgeable, friendly and she had a great flow for the class. It was bilingual which was fun and I plan to go back tomorrow!
