Beautiful studio with so much to offer. Lots of educational classes and fun events. I have not yet experienced them all! I have been going to House of Wellness for almost 2 years. Have enjoyed all the classes and instructors. Besides feeling amazing and enjoying myself with new experiences, it carries over to my daily life. Positive attitude, caring and compassion are all felt at House of Wellness. There is a lot of information shared among the instructors and fellow yoga folks. Just stop rushing around and take care of yourself! You can walk in all wound up and leave so happy that you came. Namaste!
