World class skiing, decadent European style cuisine, ornamental cathedrals, peaceful island life…Canada is a patchwork of thriving cities and majestic wilderness. Montreal beckons travelers with its French charm and booming cultural landscape. In Toronto, the Art Gallery of Ontario is a vision of Frank Gehry architecture and national artistic treasures. The gleaming mountain ranges of Banff set a stunning backdrop for an exploration of the Canadian Rockies.

I booked the West Coast Sacred Sea treatment and it was absolute bliss. I love how the whole atmosphere of Ancient Cedars spa takes advantage of the beautiful west coast landscape. The foot soak was outside in the lovely garden with amazing views of the rugged west coast ocean. I loved the steam cave, it was a neat experience. I loved how genuine and friendly the staff were and the whole treatment felt like a journey into relaxation. Plus the treatment prices are very reasonable for what you receive out of it. I would highly recommend this Spa if you're in the Tofino area.

Moksha Yoga Hamilton is a beautiful hot yoga studio, retail store and health centre, offering more than 50 drop-in yoga classes per week, free weekly classes in the park in the summer and a variety of yoga class types, including Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga at a nearby lake. The retail store features lululemon athletica and the health centre offers RMT massage, chiropractic and acupuncture.
Moksha yoga Dundas provides a very warm and welcoming atmosphere to yogis of all experience levels! Some yoga studios can seem a little exclusive or elitist, but not this studio. The staff and instructors are so friendly and accepting. I'd recommend this studio to beginners and experienced yogis alike!

Centrally located in the heart of downtown Banff, this lofty mountain Spa has been rated #1 on TripAdvisor since 2014. Specializing in Holistic Healthcare - primarily Massage Therapy, the venue hosts daily yoga and meditation, weekend retreats, workshops and events. The health and safety of clients and staff is top priority at Cedar & Sage, therefore they have implemented additional sanitization and cleaning practices and adjusted their daily procedures to keep the spa a safe environment during COVID-19. These additional measures include the use of masks by staff and clients, hand sanitization stations throughout the spa, health screening forms prior to arrival, and regular disinfecting of all public surfaces between each client.
I’ve had a few massages here over the last couple of years and all of them have been absolutely amazing! I’ve had both relaxation and deep tissue with a number of therapists - Basia, Marc, Edna & Veronica - and they’ve always tailored it to exactly what I needed. Best massages I’ve ever had, can’t wait for my next visit!
