The wine is excellent; especially the Filotorto made from nero di troia grapes. Very hospitable and down to earth people! Highly recommend visiting and drinking the wine.

Planning a trip to Polignano a Mare? Stop what you are doing right now and find a way to fit this winery into your itinerary! Just a Tuk-Tuk ride away from town is a hidden paradise that will leave you wanting more. My wife and I had a wonderful 2 hour private tour and while exploring the property, which is picturesque at every turn, we couldn't help but feel we were on a remote countryside. The tasting experience was 5 delicious wines paired with delectable local cheese, homemade foods, and "Mama's sun-dried tomatoes" which will change your life! On top of everything, our tour guide (co-owner) Giovanni was incredibly charismatic, knowledgeable and more importantly, an amazing person. We remain friends to this day! This is the perfect getaway experience for couples and just as enjoyable with a group of friends. Do yourself a favor and book a tour now! To review: Great people, great wine, great food, great views....what more could you ask for?

The tour starts from the vineyard next to the Wine House and continues with a visit to the historic 1882 Cellar, through winemaking tools, barrels, barriques in the underground tanks, and illustrations of the native Apulian vines. At the end of the visit, it is possible to purchase and ship wines. Coppi Winery has been producing wine for over 40 years, but it has been for more than 100 years that the family is devoted to viticulture. It currently owns 100 hectares of vineyards in Puglia, between the South-East of Bari to Salento: we are in the cradle of the DOC Primitivo di Gioia del Colle and Negramaro. Coppi Winery, as per company policy, produces wines only from 100% autochthonous vines: Primitivo DOC Gioia del Colle, Negroamaro, Aleatico, Falanghina, Malvasia Bianca, and Malvasia Nera.
