An interesting selection of wines which you don’t often see elsewhere. Prices are always reasonable with some very good offers. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. When I am in the area, a few times a year, I always go there to buy a case.

We were recommended to go to the wine loft by friends who know the owners and we weren’t disappointed. Claire and her husband are incredibly knowledgeable about wine, I still dream about the Tasmanian pink champagne! We had such a great time we bought vouchers for my sister and brother-in-law to treat themselves and they too had a beautiful evening. Really different wines to try buy the glass and buy to take home as well as tasty Tapas, cheese, hams and olives. Their Covid routines make you feel very safe as well as warm and hospitable. This is a lovely place for a treat as well as just a pop in before you go home for supper in the evening. If you’re in Brixham a nearby, this is not to be missed.

Visited on a Thursday evening as part of the gin sanctuary’s collab with Knead Pizza. The setting was great, I really liked the decor and they have clearly put a lot of effort into making this a classy but cool place to go. The staff were really friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Enjoyed the cocktails and there is a huge choice of gins which the staff were happy to advise on. It was a little quiet which was a shame (possibly because it was early on a Thursday) but I hope everything works out well for this place and I look forward to returning!

Curiously now called Cru but still same wonderful team. The fab position hasn't changed and still excellent value. Enjoy the evening sunshine and people watching whilst soaking up the view over a cheeky cocktail or bottle of wine.
