A year on and still the best place for a sandwich. This time a challenge. I asked the lady behind the counter to make a sandwich of anything she thought I would like. Up to her. She did and it was wonderful. An amazing place.

We ordered food which took for ever to arrive. The starters were good, my partner had a burger which was fine. However my pie was still frozen in the middle. When I brought this to the attention of the staff the waitress said sheâs warm it up. We had waited over an hour and I said it wasnât really safe to partially warm food and re serve. I asked for a refund. She gave me back the value of my purse. Very disappointing. HelloI'm disappointed to read you comments but its not unexpected as you did say you would put a bad TripAdvisor review on here if we didn't give you free drinks... we didn't and here we are.I do read all reviews as customer service and experience is vital to our business. I can confirm we don't use frozen for a start, Chef makes all the pies, I will accept that the restaurant was exceptionally busy at the time of your visit, we explained the significant wait on food order but I'm pleased to read your party enjoyed the starters and burger. This small café is right on the West Beach with great views especially good in stormy weather.Good car park nearby and great walk along beach and as far as Conwy if you have enough energy (4 miles). They do snacks, light bites and, of course, ice creams.

Went for something to eat and drink after arriving on our 5 day coach holiday. The cafe was very clean and staff very welcoming. The food and drinks were excellent. All meals are scratch cooked. The cakes and pastries looked home made. Good value for money and seems to be very popular with the locals.

Osborneâs Café and Grill in Llandudno -- could there be a more romantic restaurant anywhere? Set in the Grade II listed Osborne House Hotel right on the promenade, Osborneâs is a modern tribute to high Victorian style. Softly candlelit and decorated with
Visited twice in Aug, we had a late sunday lunch which was really nice with excellent service. This is a really elegant place and welcomes non residents. Good view from the bay window, and in Winter the fire is very welcoming.

This is not a pub but more a restaurant. Very little interest shown if a customer just wants drinks. The beer was expensive and my husband was overcharged by £1.15 for a simple order of a pint and a half. This was refunded but not very readily and with barely an apology. We will not return.

There is nothing indulgent about this place, its not even a good cafe.Old tired decor, food very poor, service, ok I suppose.Chicken ham and leek home made pie, that was a joke, two minute pieces of ham, tiny bits of chicken with a generous portion of leeks in a sauce of some kind, pastry was ok.On the whole, edible but not worthy of being called indulgence.Dear Hiker 8869,Thank you for visiting Indulgence Cafe although I am disappointed that the meal did not seem to meet your expectations. The cafe is family run and is very popular with, and highly regarded by, locals and tourists alike so it is very unusual for anyone to be dissatisfied with our food including the chicken, ham and leek pie which is a favourite on our specials menu. I note from your reviews of other establishments that you frequently give poor ratings to places which most people regard to be good or better. May I suggest that, in future, if you really believe something is wrong with your food, you raise this with the staff who, in any reputable establishment, will do their best to rectify the issue(s) thereby ensuring that you are satisfied and the cafes or restaurants avoid unrepresentative poor reviews.

We have been here several times before but felt the need to re review. We hadn't booked but managed to get a table, the whole experience from the service to the food was faultless. I had the garlic mushrooms to start followed by a pork steak, my husband had the Pate followed by a burger.Good size portions, excellent tasting food and great value for money.

A small intimate setting for long lunches and evening dining. Under new management as of the 3rd December 2014. Now run and owned by local chef.
Faultless, fabulous quality very well prepared cuisine, not just cooking. Great service, nice atmosphere with room between the tables. Leave room for dessert and hope there is a chowder on. Lovely, relaxed and deserving of #1 in Llandudno.
