The sandy coast of Goa is perfect for reclining by the sea. Nestle into a cushioned chair at a beach shack and savor a curry while you sip a Kingfisher beer, watching the sun slip lazily below the horizon. In Old Goa, the beautiful Basilica of Bom Jesus is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a fine example of baroque architecture. Visit during Christmastime to experience a fantastic religious and cultural mash-up of East and West.

to reach this waterfall on google map don't search for savari waterfall or netravali waterfall. search for netravali national park. once you reach netravali national park gate, you have to make entry and pay some fees. from the gate the parking for this waterfall is approx 3 kms, security at gate will inform you and also there is sign board at parking for vehicles. from the parking you have to trek about 15 20 mins to 30 mins. there are forest guard present at this waterfall who does not allow you to go deep inside. it is a very beautiful waterfall. on weekends its very crowded. on weekdays less crowd. the park opens at 8.30 am and if you reach early you will hardly find anyone there. i went in sep end at 8.30 am and was alone there for 2 hours.
