Welcome to the place where imagination is the destination. For young and old, big and small — it's the happiest place on earth! Come build memories with your family that last a lifetime as you discover the wonder of this magical, fantastical world. When you enter the lands that comprise Disneyland Park, stories come to life around you, immersing you in tales from some of your favorite Disney films.
We had a wonderful time there! It was not supposed to be crowded, according to crowd calendars, but I did think it was quite busy and some lines were long, which makes it difficult with two very young kids. It is natural to compare with Orlando and the possibility of getting Fastpass for almost everything (which does not happen at Disneyland!), so in that sense we could not go to all the rides we wanted to as it would be too tiring for the kids, but we definitely enjoyed it a lot and we were able to go to many. Since a lot of the rides do not have a minimum height limit, we really enjoyed a lot of options! We really enjoyed Buzz Lightyear (it is definitely one of our favorite ones - we got to go twice on the same day!) and the classicals like Small worls, Dumbo, Storybook Canal, Finding Nemo, Space Mountain (single rider line was really helpful as only my husband and I could go and we needed to go separately!) Highlight for the kids was Toontown!!! They loved every bit of it and had major fun to greeting the characters (including Goofy and Pluto that were just walking around!!!!)

In addition to the two Disney parks, there's also Downtown Disney which is a must see when in Anaheim. We always have a great time walking around Downtown, shopping, having a great meal, and just hanging out. There are plenty of restaurants, great shopping opportunities if you've forgotten to buy your keepsakes in the park, and a great place to people watch. You can get many of the sweets that you can find in the park, and the huge Disney store has everything you could want.

Adventure City is just the best little theme park in Southern California. The people that work there are so kind and helpful. The place is spotless and I don't know how they do that with all the kids. There are plenty of bathrooms, and all are super clean. There is not a ton of food there so maybe eat before. We have been before. This time we went to their Halloween event. They were open for most of October at night and on a week night--they are usually not open late on weeknights. It was wonderful. It was a great price. You just go to their website and buy on line. The staff is dressed up and they have trick or treating for the kids. All the rides are dressed up for the holiday and the whole experience is just the best. Adventure City is not something for adults without kids. Most of the rides are for 13 and under, but anyone can go on them. They do have a big coaster which is the best. You will love this place. Have the best time.

Worth every damn penny! A friend recommended the tour so that you’re able to get on all the rides in one day at the park. The cost was around $500/hr with a minimum of 4 hours. But you do get to have up to 12 people in the group so it’s totally worth it. We did get to go on every ride, just walked right up and got on when the lines were outrageous (many dirty looks from ongoers, let me tell you!) Our tour guide, Jeff, was so awesome and fun! He even took the kids on rides we (the adults) didn’t want to go on! He got us Dole slushees when that line was like 8 miles long too! The tour has ruined me because I never want to stand in line again!!

Being handicapped, we were put in a special shuttle with wider aisles. It was on the ride as a gunner I found out that after 3 yrs, my SiL who never calls me by any name knew my name when he goes Shoot Harriette, Shoot...When I got over the shock, I did shoot. The entire area is so well done and so much detail to see. Even the bathrooms have a lot of stalls so there is no waiting. Storm Troopers everywhere which made it fun as our dtrs theme for her wedding 2 yrs ago was Star Wars and she had a storm trooper there. We got in line and it moved fairly well and steadily and we were there the Sun after t-giving. Took about 20 min total so not bad. At 78 I had a riot here!

Once a working berry farm, this popular theme park is now home to GhostRider, the world's best wooden roller coaster; Supreme Scream, a ride where participants are hoisted up 30-stories and dropped down in three seconds; the Xcelerator, rated the world's best launch coaster and Camp Snoopy, home to the beloved Peanuts gang.
Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park is marketed as America's first themepark. The park itself is a mix of old including The Ghost Town area which recreates an old western ghost town housing various concessions and an interesting museum of westerm ephemera, and the new, featuring a great selection of modern coasters and thrill rides. With entry at circa 20% of what we paid for the two Disney parks ii's fantastic value considering there are circa ten serious coasters including the famous timber Ghostrider. When we visited in February 2019 there were minimal queues if any at all so we were able to ride even the more popular rides more than once. Overall, a much better than expected park that I would strongly recomment you visit !
