New York’s Finger Lakes region takes its name from 11 freshwater lakes placed like a handprint between Lake Ontario and the Pennsylvania border. Skiing, hiking and biking trails traverse the landscape; visitors can also indulge in various wine, cheese and beer trails. The area offers a culinary bounty, with an emphasis on farm-to-table cuisine. Rich history and culture are found throughout the region, with one attraction more inviting than the next.

Seabreeze, the fourth oldest park in America, is located on the scenic bluffs overlooking Lake Ontario north of Rochester. Enjoy the excitement of four roller coasters, a classic wooden carousel, thrill rides, family and kiddie rides, a midway of food and games and live shows daily. There's also a full water park with wave pool, tube slides, body flumes, lazy river, kiddie slides and more. The 1920 Jack Rabbit wooden roller coaster is listed as the oldest continuously operating coaster in America. The park is a classic combination of traditional amusement park and modern water park. Open daily mid-June through Labor Day; also open weekends in May, early June and early September.
Loved the wooden barrell that I used to try to get thru The wooden rollercoaster was fun the electric bumper cars werecool and most of all was the merry go round though I was there during the original round and round till an electrician decided he didnt have a clue bout his job and burnt the original circle down

Located on the property of historic Bradley Farms, Haunted Empire is one of New York State's largest and top ranked "haunted" attractions. Although the Bradley Farms is open all year round, the haunted house is open every Friday and Saturday in October. There is no min age, but is not for the faint-of-heart. Attraction consist of self guided walk-thu haunted house, haunted cornfield, and Trail of Terror haunted hay ride and much more. Actors and animitronics work side-by-side to create the ultimate scare! It's not low budget, but instead a hollywood type production. With the indoor street of shops, pumpkins, ice cream and food vendors, and games, there is plenty to do for every age. Pay to get in, Pray to get out!

Stopped here while traveling to our destination in Clinton, NY. Played a round of miniature golf, and loved all that this park has to offer. It's a great community resource. A pond for fishing and paddle-boating; a great carousel for kids to enjoy; and a great mini-golf course. We enjoyed this course immensely, in part, for the great quips from Mark Twain and others at each hole. Our only impediment during our 18 holes was the left over paper debris from the previous night's fire works.
