This tour was not as advertised as it was really just a taxi ride to Chefchaouen. Arabi is a very nice man but does not really speak english and the tour should not be advertised as being available in english. It was just the two of us but perhaps it might operate as a group tour if more people sign up.

Marrakech Ouzoud excrusion is a day trip to ouzoud that will allow you to discover another beauty face of Morocco, a Scenic destination, you'll visit an area known for its huge and high waterfalls (110m Height), located between the high atlas and the middle atlas mountains. Depending on water volume, the falls can take the form of a few trickling streams or a solid wall of water, as their sources comes from the deep of the middle atlas Sources. Start this beautiful day pick up from your hotel or riad at 08:00, by a nice car and very professional and friendly driver. Ouzoud waterfalls should be classified as one of the "natural wonders" of Morocco. Approximately 330 feets high, the waterfall is northeast of Marrakech about 150km. Among the olive-trees with the foot of the waterfalls. This path offers on the falls of the points of increased views. The waterfall is also "off-off" the beaten path. But the journey is worth the effort. Journey down the well constructed path through the trees to the bottom of the gorge and look up to the water stunts over the edge far above you. You can have lunch at your local cafe serving delicious food next to the stream, as you admire views of the waterfalls. Back to Marrakech around 6:00 pm.

Our trip to Marrakech and Imlil in the Atlas Mountains, planned and guided by Abdel from Original Travels, was a spectacular (!!) return to travel for a group of vaccinated expats coming from Abu Dhabi. We started out with a very smooth transfer from Casablanca to Marrakech with our wonderful (and safe!) driver, Samir, then had dinner at our gorgeous riad, Palais Sebban, a solid recommendation from Abdel. Our first morning, we took a super fun and informative cooking class at Maison Al Arabe then met up with our laid-back and kind local guide Hassan, for a loop through the Medina where we learned a lot about the culture and daily life of Marrakech and shopped for carpets, leather goods and argan oil. The following day we were driven to Imlil in the Atlas Mountains for unforgettable hiking, visits with local Berber families for lunch and tea and a night of stargazing and some of the best tajine of the trip from Khasbah du Toukbal. Then it was back to Marrakech for our last two nights. We booked hammam treatments at the Royal Mansour, one of the city's prettiest hotels, a stop at the Majorelle Gardens and YSL museum and a final loop through the souq. Phew! We are a relatively well-traveled group and I have to say this was a trip of a lifetime, thanks to Abdel. He was so responsive and helpful in planning and leading us, but also patient and sweet when it came to giving us time to relax and do our own thing. If you're looking to be a tourist, and I mean that in the very best sense of the word of experiencing and learning and feeling awe and gratitude for this big world, Original Travels is how to do it. Thank you, Abdel!

Worst service and agency EVER !! I booked a one day trip to Essaouira with this agency 14 days ago, they confirmed with me the availability, I gave them all the information needed and confirmed the pick up location. I contacted them 2 days and 1 day before the trip to re-confim and they confirmed I also asked about another contact number I can call in case they don’t show up and never got the number, I was totally right because they never showed up !!! How unprofessional and disrespectful is this ?? no one showing up, no one answering my calls nor my messages ?? Worst thing is that they were online, read the messages I sent right in the moment in WhatsApp and didn’t have enough respect to say anything. I just don’t understand why would you confirm and re-confirm an activity and just never show up nor give an explanation?? Really shame on you !! I was planning for this trip for so long and being treated this way was definitely the worst service ever. So if you want to save your time and holidays plans never book anything with the agency!!

With a group of friends we relied on several tours of Omar's agency and we can only recommend him strongly. Punctuality and sympathy during the excursion. We enjoyed wonderful landscapes, with interesting explanations. The private car is new and equipped with air conditioning. Omar pays a lot of attention to the guests, stops to take pictures or buy some souvenirs and recommends excellent restaurants where you can taste traditional dishes. We look forward to coming back and exploring new places.

A great experience to travel through the High Mountains Tikcha, see these emblematic sites of Morocco. Our guide was wonderful. Very friendly, spacious and confident that our experience there was well planned so that we can make the most of our day. Loved all the imperial cities, but it is essential to see the barbarian life and the amazing landscapes.

This trip was one of the best decision I've made so far in my life. We got to discover the beauty of the South of Morocco, from the moutains to the desert. We met kind people who shared with us their way of living and their traditions, we wandered through the moutains of sand on the back of our camels (Boobzar, forever in my heart ❤) which was defintely the key point of this journey ✨ Our dear guide/ driver Abdou was the BEST ! Between his humor and his traditional playlist, you will feel welcomed and safe from the beginning to the end of this amazing experience ! Don't hesitate and book your tickets !! A big thanks to Morocco Global Adventure !☀
