Kaptan June’s Hut was returned to the beach in 2010. Since then it has been used as a visitor center where people can learn about the turtles that come to the beach every year to lay their eggs. The center is very informative on the history of June's time living in the hut many years ago and her fight to protect turtles and the beautiful Iztuzu Beach. Discover how you can help now by visiting us !
This is an amazing place that takes care of sick and injured turtles which are then released back into the sea when they are well. It is free to visit but, please buy some merchandise or leave a big donation, every penny is needed to help these incredible creatures.

Suleymaniye Cultural Info Center is managed by a group of volunteers who try to provide visitors with necessary knowledge on the Suleymaniye Mosque and Islam. They serve you free tea & coffee along with some free literature on the mosque and Islam. If you are lucky, you can even have a free meal with them. There are daily talks on the mosque and Islam that are free to join.
My wife and me visited Suleymaniye Mosque Info Center, we were welcomed by incredibly kind people, they showed perfect hospitality and knowledge about Islamic culture and we learned a lot about Suleymaniye Mosque as well. It was a lovely day, thank for your selfless efforts and kind attitude. God bless you!

What makes Antalya and the surrounding areas so attractive is the striking contrast between the beaches and the towering Taurus Mountains in the background. For an off-beat experience consider a Jeep safari. The vehicles carry four to 10 people through the Taurus Mountains and past the Gebiz River. There are swim breaks, lunch in a mountain restaurant and a half-hour nature walk.
