Comprising the provinces of Alicante, Valencia and Castellon, Valencian Country basks on the Mediterranean Coast in central southeastern Spain. The densely populated area is a prime tourist destination, with Valencia city having the reputation as the place the Spanish go to party. The area offers budget resorts, such as those on the Costa Blanca, to upscale villas in elegant Valencia. Small villages are scattered through the mountainous inland region, but it's the coast that remains the main draw.

My partner and I stayed at this beautiful house (in the Orange/Naranja room) for a long weekend. It was a little difficult to find, but nothing too major after asking a few locals and calling up we got there eventually! (All part of the fun!) Angel, the owner, doesn't speak great English but he tried SO hard to make us feel at home, he showed us round the whole house and chatted to us for almost an hour at our arrival, with ideas of places to visit etc etc The rooms are all beautifully decorated, and the view from the terraces amazing, all rooms have a jacuzzi bathtub too :) We went to a local cafe for breakfast and the Pizzeria for dinner - both were so welcoming and friendly (though knowing a little Spanish is very helpful)! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here that wants to experience a lovely little Spanish town in the countryside, within a good distance of Valencia and the rest of the region! THANKS ANGEL!!!

Denia is a lovely smaller city in Spain, directly at the coast with some pretty mountains just behind, nice restaurants and cafes. In between the beach and the mountains at the hillside is the pretty villa area with tiny streets and lovely gardens. The pink flamingo is one of these villas. A great house with a great view of the city and surrounding area and sea with a kidney shaped pool, nice arcades and garden. So far so good. The bad things are waiting right under the surface of this lovely setting. The interior of the rooms are also well fitted to the first glance. But the closer look at uncovers that most is only decorations with no usability. No soap or any other little convenience is provided for your stay. The beds are torturous. Old box springs providing you at the morning some lovely pain and you wake up tired and destroyed. The proprietor will ask you for paying cash in a way that tells you how much welcome you are really. Breakfast is poor and only served in a tiny room with windows you can't open. Imagine the air in this room! Lamps are not working or the switches are so old that you need really lots of power and some death wish in regards of operating with 220 Volts. The fan is old and in such bad condition that it is quite dangerous to operate it and you are in danger that the parts will fly around your head - but because of the temperature there is no way around..... There is a parking lot for four vehicles but some people have the talent to park on several lots with one car. The second parking is under pine trees which means that your car is covered with sticky Pine glue in the morning. Luckily I had a rental car. It is really sad. The house and location is great. 60€ for the night is ok. I'd pay a bit more for soap and trash bin:( There is so much potential to make something great out of this place. One point for the house and location. Four minus for badly service rudeness of the owners and the really bad beds.

Stayed here for one night for our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. It is in a fabulous location and was easy to find. The decor was beautiful and the room was clean. We didn't eat here but could have had a 10% discount on food as a hotel guest. The only thing I would be concerned about is the number of stairs leading up to the rooms and roof terrace, it was fine for us but may be an issue for those less agile.

In exclusive surroundings of natural beauty and privacy, guests at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club canstay in modern fully equipped two and three bedroom apartments and villas, with extensive gardens orterraces, large communal areas and swimming pools, and private car parking. All the homes have two bathrooms, Wi-Fi, TV in the lounge and master bedroom, hot and coldair conditioning, and 24 hour security.
Played here July 2020. Tee’d off late afternoon and by the second tee I had caught up a 2-ball in front of me who explained that they would not let me through as there was a 4 ball in front of them. Regularly tried to contact the marshal to ask if he could speak to the 4 ball who were refusing to let anyone through but did not hear back from him. Walked off after it took 4 hours to play 15 holes. I contacted the club the next to ask if they could arrange a discount etc for me to return which was declined as they claimed pace of play was acceptable as I finished within 4hrs 30mins and the reason for my poor experience was due to COVID-19 and staff still being on furlough. Such a shame that such a good golf course was spoilt by inept staff who refused to accept the issues I experienced and wouldn’t do anything to fix this. I would say the golf course is special but the experience didn’t meet what is to be expected of a high quality club.

My wife and I stayed at Finca Clara recently and we have no gesitation in recommending this property. Beautiful views, a lovely pool and extremely well maintained rooms. The breakfast which is enjoyed outside was wonderful and we will definitely return. You do need transport and there are only one or two decent restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed as a couple for 3 nights recently. The Apartment and Garden areas were meticulously clean and well kept. Raymond and Ramon could not have been more welcoming and helped to add to a fantastic experience in a beautiful idyllic place. If you are looking for a get away from it all relaxing time then this is for you.

This is not a hotel with normal hotel facilities. Hence reception service only during business hours. It is serf serviced Apartments of high quality. The location is 15 min walk from town centre of Alfaz del Pi. It is an excellent starting point for walking trips along Orange gardens and even mountain climbing. The Apartment area is fenced in and it feels very secure. The houses are 2 or 3 floors and it is a lift in every house. The Apartments are very well equipped with TV, dishwasher, washing machine and Kitchen. The heated swimming pool is excellent. In the reception area there is a Meeting Place and a Fitness room. As this place is a bit outside town and Public transport it is wise to bring your own car. Parking is easy. If problems occur, just contact the friendly people in the reception. A nice place to live in a nice area.
