We loved this place so much we booked again and requested the same room. Considering what these places have been through over the last couple of years, Bracha was amazing. Everything was the same, great villa, quiet, inviting pool, friendly staff, nice breakfast (delivered and setup in your villa), perfect position (close to eat street, Red Carpet Champagne Bar, Seminyak Square) transport to airport. We won't stay anywhere else in Seminyak. See you again next year

Relaxing break in a wonderful pool villa
Reviewed By SPTravellingMy wife and I spent two weeks in Bali for our first international destination after two years of Covid-19 lockdowns. We decided to stay at Villa Uma Sapna as it offered a safe space in the middle of Seminyak. Our decision to take the One Bedroom Executive Pool Villa - Stay & Relax Package was a great choice. Arriving in late May, we were greeted at the airport by the Uma Sapna driver named Winner (forgive the spelling). He was on time, friendly and a safe driver. The trip from the airport to the villa took approximately half an hour. The check-in process was easy, and we soon arrived at the lovely pool villa, Alor. Located in an area of the villa complex that was sunny and quiet, villa Alor was well-optioned and spotlessly clean. My wife had a bad hip during the stay, and her mobility was significantly restricted. Using a walking stick, Alor was reasonably easy to get to with only a few sets of steps to negotiate. Villa Alor is an Executive pool villa, and it has a generously sized pool that is 1.5-meters deep and easily accessed using the giant width steps leading into the pool from under the covered area. The undercover area is ideal for relaxing under the fan on a hot sunny Bali day and is appointed with a large day bed, table and chairs and a fridge. Easily ordered via phone or Whatsapp, Kilo’s breakfast menu was interesting at the start of our stay but became monotonous as it was unchanged during our two-week stay. Another criticism was there was no fresh fruit, yogurt, or cereal option on the menu. Kilo supplied only full cream milk for tea and coffee. However, Uma Sapna’s admin eventually provided our preferred milk to the restaurant for our consumption, for which we are very grateful. We used Uma Sapna’s Terra Spa for massage and facials during our stay. The Spa was peaceful and clean, and the staff were professional. I recommend spending a few hours being pampered by the Terra therapists. Outside Uma Sapna, many businesses are worth visiting, which are a short walk or taxi ride away. I recommend the Corner House for local food and entertainment. The Mano Beach House for dinner, watching the sunset over the ocean. The upmarket Care Spa and Zoya spa for a quality, budget-friendly massage. I commend all of the staff from Uma Sapna for tending to our every whim and need. Ira in admin deserves a special mention for her help, as does the security personnel who facilitated our safe exit from taxis many times over the two weeks. A special thank you to the manager and admin who generously provided a cake on our 25th wedding anniversary. The cake was delicious and a lovely gift. Finally, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Villa Uma Sapna for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful pool villa in wonderful Bali.

Reviewed By millsirYou know your going to have a wonderful stay when you are greeted with the warmest of welcomes from the staff. Checkin was effortless and we were then swept away in a buggy across the street from the main seaside complex. The royal courtyard villas are less than 5mins walk and are located just across the street but honestly you feel like you are in the country as the villas are totally private and so peaceful you don’t want to leave the grounds. The private pool was amazing and great for cooling down at the end of the day. The villa was huge and decorated beautifully. The bathroom area was amazing, large jacuzzi bath and double shower. All the amenities were available and replaced daily as were the items in the mini bar. We took breakfast by the beach. The selection of dishes was excellent. After breakfast we enjoyed taking a long walk along the endless beach. It just goes on for ever. We ate at Breezes restaurant and really enjoyed the food. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. If coming back to this area if Bali again, this would be my must stay destination.

We decided to book a 3 bedroom Royal villa as we planned to mostly relax by our private pool and wanted a larger pool. On arrival we were upgraded to a Presidential villa. It was absolutely perfect! We had a big pool area, huge day bed pavilion, and large bedrooms. And we loved the semi outdoor bathrooms with the outdoor waterfall shower. We enjoyed breakfast each morning at the cafe. Menu options were great, especially with a special each day. Also enjoyed the afternoon cocktails and massages most days. Some massages were better than others but we did leave quite relaxed after our stay! All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From Day 2, the staff knew our friend wanted a fresh young coconut (additional charge) each morning at breakfast! Luckily our villa was quite close to the main lobby area, which was handy for breakfast and the spa, However, it was easy to get a buggy to the back entrance for a short walk to several convenience stores and the main Seminyak shopping area.

Wolas villas need renovation badly
Reviewed By UmangM_12I stayed in this villa in 2014 , and planned to stay again i this Bali visit . But this time I felt - this villas badly needed renovation. Freshness is missing. Breakfast also needs to be improved. Last time I had a amazing experience, but this time disappointed.

Amazing place with private pool!

We arrived quite late in the night and were unsure about the location as it was down a side street but once we woke up In the morning and got exploring we were so happy! The rooms were very clean and spacious and the pool was amazing! The couch outside was very comfy aswell. There were plenty of shops around the area and was only a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Don’t recommend the McDonald’s near by the quality of food was poor but the restaurants on the beach are nice. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Would recommend the brunch club which is a 10 minute walk away.

My 3rd stay at Dyana Villas
Reviewed By 627alantThis is the 3rd time I have stayed at Dyana Villas and am actually looking forward to returning again when I can. Previously stayed at Villas 12 and 14, with Villa 12 my favorite so far. This time I paid a litttle extra to stay at Delux Villa number 8. The Villa was larger but my preferrence next time will be to stay in a different one as I dont think it was delux at all. I was expecting something extra. (more plush). Maybe the villa walls could be maintained / painted white like some Villas. The pool was leaking and each day needed to be topped up. (could drop up to 5-6 inches each day). I thought the garden area could have been maintained much better. Grass was getting so long during my stay of 9 nights. You had to hold the toilet seat up in the bathroom as it kept falling down. (not good for a male). The water cooler in the kitchen area was less than half full when I entered, but if it was emptied I would have had to pay for another full one for the next person to use? All staff here are very friendly and love the cooked breakfast in the Villa each day. Close to restaurants and the night clubs but very quiet in the Villas. A 5-10 minutes walk to the beach.

Reviewed By fintanBeijingStayed here basically over covid time almost six months Jan 2022 to June 2022 maybe a bit old but very cosy and lovely plqce to stay -beach about 10 minutes .supermarket with food wine spirits etc nearby 5 minutes walk ,complex is like 14 villas each with courtyard around a pool ( which is to die for) you can walk straight out of your villa and be pool in seconds-pool always clean and delightful to swim in. Place very well run and owner Pak Ivan always there if you have issues - great guy just makes it happen Ibu Eva on reception and Pak Yudi and his "son" great cleaning villa - just great people- other guests nice people ( attracts nice people) overall a great experience and I am quite diffucult normally manging 5 star Hotels but truly a great stay -,will I be Back -YES ! I love the duplex concept with courtyard and living area and kitchen downstairs sleeping area upstairs -great privacy,great staff great owner,great place to stay -only complaint had to get link from Kumple Kumple to make this review as could not catch on tripadvisor and I am a senior reviewer"FintanBeijing" but sure computer guru Pak Ivan will sort this out -anyhow big thanks to him and team including maintenance man and guy in brown uniform who helped me with inernet hope you all do well and prosper after your two diffucult years wishing you allwell Fintan

Reviewed By Notenufcoffee72Good location, but very impersonal service and the only interaction is via whatsapp. We checked out a day early and property refused to refund our money. The entire attitude is stingy, will give only 2 bottles of water, though breakfast is free but they limit what one can order and will charge you for any additional item on the bfast menu.First day we asked for Shakshuka for Bfast, they sent some but forgot to add eggs to it !! Housekeeping and general service is sub par, the bath tub was filthy, we asked for floating bfast, the tray was not cleared till the late evening.
